AIS+ | Assisi International School

AIS+ is a homework help service, assistance and tutoring held in the afternoon hours and open to all students of the I and II grade secondary school. We propose specific interventions aimed to improve not only the educational performance, but also the independence of the student. It is held by highly qualified teachers specialized in inclusive education, learning difficulties and special needs (SEN and SLD).

The AIS+ homework help is organized in mini classes according to a weekly schedule to be agreed upon in regards to the students’ needs (divided according to age or 2 year, 3 year periods). The lessons last for 2 hours, in the following time slots: from 2 pm to 4 pm – from 4 pm to 6 pm – from 6 pm to 8 pm

Lessons in Humanities subjects (Italian, Latin, Greek, History, Philosophy) and Art History are separate from technical-scientific subjects and English. Homework help is available throughout the school year and during the summer, starting in August.

How and Where:

The AIS+ homework help is organized in mini-classes according to a weekly schedule to be agreed upon based on the needs of the students (divided according to age or 2-year, 3-year periods).

Two hour lessons, in the following time slots:

2 pm – 4 pm

4 pm – 6 pm

6 pm – 8 pm

Homework help will be available throughout the school year and during the summer (starting from the month of August).
